Which software should I use for my business?

It’s generally a great question, there are so many tools out there that we can easily get lost, so I’ve thrown together the list of things that I use online and why I believe that you need to use them as well.

This post will be longer than usual because it’s full of info and value. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Shopify

When selling online there is no doubt that there is one big king pin dominating the e-commerce space, and that is Shopify.

Shopify is the biggest online selling space at the moment and is continually growing due to it’s easy of use platform.

I’ll have a more in depth guide on Shopify in the near future so be sure to keep an eye out for that soon!

Email AutoResponder – And all-in-one marketing package

GetResponse is a great tool for creating an automated email flow. With it’s drag and drop email builder and pretty templates, you can’t go wrong with this software for ease of getting started or nurturing your existing clientele.

The great thing about GetResponseย is it’s various other apps that come with it’s full suite. I’ll go through these below, because I use them all, and I would be lost with out each one!

CRM (Client Relationship Manager)

A CRM is a software platfrom that allows you to organize and manage your leads tracking them and allowing you to easily turn them into sales.

Email Automation

GetResponse’s Marketing Automation lets you build intuitive workflows
by simply arranging ready-to-use blocks.

This allows you to do this like:

  • Abandoned Cart sequences
  • Web event tracking
  • Email marketing
  • Tagging leads
  • Long term value scoring.

These are just some of the features that Marketing Automation allows you to do with your leads.

I will be going into more depth with this in a future YouTube video so keep your eyes peeled for that one, I will embed that video into this post for your convenience. ๐Ÿ™‚

Landing Pages

A Landing page or lead capture page is a web page that serves as the entry point for a website or a particular section of a website.

This is almost 100% required for every business to capture the email address of future clientele.

I will be creating more content posts around how to implement this into your business soon as well so be sure to follow me to be the first to know when it’s released!

Webinars

Webinars are powerful tools to help create more value fueled content for your customers and I highly suggest you do them.

There are many platforms online to use for webinars, the biggest one is WebinarJam. GetResponse comes with this feature included in the Pro package so with this in mind and without having to pay any extra for webinar hosting I’ve opted to use the software which has served me well.

Forms and Surveys

This sadly brings us to the end of our list of basic features that GetResponse provide for us – last but not least is Forms and Surveys.

Forms are used as email lead captures when sitting on a site or leaving a webpage, they’re super powerful and necessary for maximizing the potential of getting new leads. GetResponse make this super easy with their already built templates. Keep an eye out for more tutorials coming soon here for this feature.

Summary:

All in all you can use which ever software that you see fit however these are just the software that I use for my business’ and highly recommend that are cost effective and functional to a very high standard.

I’ve refereed my clients to these platforms as well as a recommendation for their own ventures. Almost all of them have loved these platforms are are successfully using them to grow their own brands.

There’s a lot of info here so be sure to keep an eye out for more content surrounding how to use these and what they best strategies are to optimize them for your business.
